Pick a middle of the road restaurant. Either try a restaurant that has many choices, or pick a niche restaurant and let her narrow it down (Mexican, Sushi, Thai). Take this first date tip, and avoid singles-type places. Now you need to move from “single mode” to “date mode” so you can focus on your date.

Try this first date idea of walking and talking, but make sure you tell her to leave her stiletto heels at home.
